What we’re looking for:

  • Use a script. (Use your comic as a starter.)
  • The three main types of shots.
  • Titles that help to emphasize the message.
  • At least 7 cuts/shots.
  • Emphasis of the message and the reason behind the rule.
  • About 30 seconds.
  • Voice-over.
  • Music and sound effects.
  • Keep dialogue to a minimum.
  • Special effects such as fast/slow motion, green screen, animated titles, etc

Q4 – Editing Lesson

When you are finished with your PSA cartoon, but before we turn that into a video, we’re going to learn a little something about editing. Editing is probably the most important part of the video creation process.

Go here and read the lesson on Editing and then do the quiz with your partner. Turn it in with both names on it.

Then practice with the editing exercise. Go to the project page for Project 3.
